All items purchased can be returned for a refund.
The item must be shipped back within one week after receipt of the package. The item must be returned in the original box with tracking. The same time frame applies to international customers. Original shipping costs are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
A refund will be issued only when the jewellery item is received in perfect condition within the required time frame. The refund will be processed via the same method as the original payment.
Items can be resized if there are size issues. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. I recommend having your fingers sized at a local jeweller before purchasing a ring. The first resizing is free, however there will be a €25.00 fee if a second resizing is needed. Some items may not be resized – I may have to remake the piece. I will let you know if this is the case. If the item cannot be resized, a refund will be issued. Feel free to contact me if you have questions.
All purchases are wrapped, insured and are shipped via Standard Post – An Post (for Irish customers). For international shipments it is recommended that we send via An Post using their Registered Post service (with tracking).
Shipping costs are non refundable.
HEN jewellery is not responsible for lost or damaged goods during shipping.
For international customers, HEN jewellery is not responsible for customs fees.
Photos: I do my best to capture the true colours of my jewellery creations. However, all computer resolutions are different and there may be some variation of colour. All of my jewellery is handmade by me. Some artistic variations will occur and are expected – you are getting a one-of-a-kind item.
Jewellery maintenance: try not to get the jewellery wet or use hand lotions while wearing jewellery, this could damage the patina.
